Having worked in Health and social Care since I was 17 years old, I have always had a passion to teach. So I have gathered a fair amount of knowledge over the years and now we have created the Study Room Training.
Here I will deliver courses such as Moving and Handling, Safeguarding, Pressure Awareness, First Aid, and most importantly Infection Control & administering PPE .

Having worked with so many people over the years I can clearly see how vitally important it is to have qualified staff. Having staff who are capable and confident to do their job helps them to help the clients they are working with.

When you are working in Health and Social care, the minute you put on that uniform and or an ID badge you become a person that your clients will have an expectation of. Your clients will expect you to behave in a certain way, have certain amount of knowledge and certainly be the the professional that they see you as.
